This notice is being given to you on behalf of our nationwide insider connections, and provides you with our policies on the handling of non-public personal information ("Customer Information") about you. The Insider Auto Leasing connections are comprised of:

Any Customer Information you choose to share with us will not be disclosed to anyone outside of the Insider Auto Leasing connections. We will not, without your consent, release specific information about you or your account to third parties, except where such release is necessary to complete a transaction you have requested or unless we are required or allowed to do so by law. Information We Collect As part of providing you with our products and services, we obtain Customer Information about you. We define Customer Information as:

·    address

·    social security number

·    income

·    information from a credit application

·    information from a consumer credit report

·    Information about you that is gathered, stored or shared with a third party, Affiliate or vendor

Making the Security of Information a Priority

We limit access to Customer Information to only those employees of our Insider Auto Leasing connections who need it to perform their job duties while providing products and services to you, or to maintain or service those products or services. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to protect Customer Information.

Sharing information within the Insider Auto Leasing connections. We share Customer Information about you within the Insider Auto Leasing connections. Any of our connections may disclose certain information to each other in connection with your account and to assist us in providing offers for products or services that may be of interest to you. We are permitted by law to share with our connections, information about our transactions or experiences with you, such as your account balance and payment history. Disclosing information in other situations We may also disclose Customer Information to credit bureaus, courts or other authorized governmental authorities, as required by law. These may include disclosing information in connection with a subpoena, fraud investigation, audits, or public record filings. Insider Auto Leasing may disclose certain Customer Information to a nonaffiliated third party in connection with an investigation to locate our collateral or to recover an outstanding debt. 

Lease Disclosures: All lease terms advertised by Insider Auto Leasing are subject to the Financial Institution's approval of the applicant's credit. The advertised monthly payment is intended for a well-qualified lessee and to show how low a monthly lease payment can be when the Direct Insider Price is based on an acquisition cost that would be below the dealer's wholesale factory invoice. Monthly payments advertised online by Insider Auto Leasing are not contiguous to all states. The advertised monthly payment is for a well-qualified lessee. Not all lessees will qualify. Lessor must approve the terms of the lease. Monthly payment includes all incentive credits, discounts, factory rebates and owner loyalty rebates. Monthly payment is good today only and is subject to change without notice. The Drive Off amount would be the sum of the cap reduction down payment, first month’s lease payment, sales tax, license registration, DMV fees, Financial Institution's acquisition fee, dealer doc and any delivery or destination charge. Monthly payment is based on 10,000 annual miles, unless disclosed otherwise. Monthly payment applies to a fully factory equipped automobile including all standard features, unless disclosed otherwise. 

General Information

 Order Deposit:  All lease orders require a prepaid deposit equal to the amount disclosed on the emailed Lease Order. All deposits are payable by check or bank wire transfer only. The deposit must be paid prior to delivery and any check received shall be negotiated by Insider Auto Leasing or its connection upon receipt. Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 collection fee.

Delivery: All offers are subject to the availability of the selected automobile. If the vehicle selected is not available for immediate delivery, a factory order would be required providing the order can be placed prior to the factory's cutoff date. Insider Auto Leasing is not responsible for any production delays or delivery delays or dealer inventory problems, including but not limited to, factory production problems, or factory to dealer allocation problems or dealership inventory shortages or vehicle in transit problems. The actual delivery date on any vehicle ordered is not a guaranteed date and may deviate from the Order’s estimated delivery date due to circumstances beyond the control of Insider Auto Leasing.

 All Orders are final. There are no refunds on canceled orders, instead there would a store credit issued to the customer.

Insider Auto Club: There is no Membership Fee to join the Insider Auto Leasing Club. 

Service fee:: There is never any Service fee or Broker Fee on an executed Lease that is arranged by Insider Auto Leasing on your behalf. However, there shall be a $450,00 service fee earned that must be paid by you to Insider Auto Leasing upon demand in the event the customer requests for Insider Auto Leasing to search for a specific automobile and that after we successfully locate the vehicle and inform you that the vehicle is available for immediate delivery, you then lease a similar vehicle from another dealer or leasing company and lease it at a monthly payment that is within $15.00 of the monthly lease payment originally offered to you by Insider Auto Leasing.

Price Protection Guaranty: If you can lease the same vehicle for less than the Insider Auto Leasing Price, we shall pay you the monthly difference, plus 10%; providing the vehicle you lease elsewhere is brand new and is identical to the automobile that we offered you and you have executed the lease agreement with the other dealer within five days of the date of our written offer, and except for the monthly lease payment all of the other terms and conditions of the executed lease are identical to the terms and conditions we offered you.

In order to be eligible for our Price Protection Guaranty, you must have first submitted an application for credit to Insider Auto Leasing, and the Dealership and the Financial Institution where your application is processed approves the application. To claim payment for the difference in the monthly payment, plus 10%, you must have taken delivery of the automobile from the other dealer within 5 days of the date of our offer. To make your claim, you must furnish us with a complete and executed copy of the Motor Vehicle Closed End Lease Agreement you and the other dealer signed. You must also provide us with a copy of the dealer's completed application for registration of a new vehicle. On a validated claim, and subject to written verification that you have made the monthly lease payment, Insider Auto Leasing shall then remit to you monthly a check for the difference in the lease payment, plus 10%.

Memo: Insider Auto Leasing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
