What happens if I want to cancel my order?
Any transaction that includes placing a custom order with the manufacturer for a specific automobile is a non-cancelable transaction. If when the vehicle is available for delivery the customer fails to execute the Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement and/or rejects the overnight delivery of the lease package containing a Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement when the Carrier attempts to make delivery, such refusal and/or failure to execute a lease agreement shall be deemed a customer default and the customer's breech of agreement. Upon any of these events, Insider Auto Leasing shall keep the entire customer deposit as its liquidated damages.
What can Insider Auto Leasing do for me that I can't do for myself at my local dealer?
The function of Insider Auto Leasing is to act as your Lease Advocate. Our job is to locate the exact vehicle you have selected. Instead, we make our money on the commission the dealership would pay us for bringing them your business. But because it may take us many man-hours to locate your vehicle selection, plus the many hours we would be devoting to finding you the lowest insider lease price possible, we have to confirm beforehand that you are ready to lease and not just looking for a price. Our service is guaranteed to save you many hours of exhausting and frustrating shopping time, together with significant dollar savings. The price that we can get for you is often below the dealer's invoice cost, which would make the price low enough that we can easily manage to guarantee you that the dealer's Insider Price won't be beaten.

Do you take Trade-Ins?
This depends upon where you live, as there are some areas where it would not be feasible for us to take your car in trade. Instead, we would direct you to a Dealership in your area that would be happy to purchase your vehicle without you having to purchase or lease a car from them. Do you charge for delivery?
The FOB Destination, (Delivery Charges), vary from state to state. For example, there is no FOB Destination charge for California, Arizona and Nevada residents.There is a small FOB destination charge for Midwest and East Coast residents.

How do I find out if I am well qualified to lease?

It is important to know that the vehicle we would deliver to you is brand new and is shipped to you directly from the inventory of a New Car Franchise Dealership.In over 50,000 deliveries, there were only two instances where the vehicle arrived to the customer with shipping damage. In both cases, we delivered the customer another brand new vehicle.
Where do I go to get my new car serviced?
All of our vehicles come with a full factory warranty. Federal Law states that the factory warranty follows the new automobile. Consequently, you are welcomed to take your vehicle to any New Car Franchise dealership in the continental United States for the free warranty work.
Can I purchase an Extended Warranty for my new automobile?
Dealer Warranty Services offer a distinct program to widen the window of confidence provided by the manufacturer's New Vehicle Warranty that comes with every new automobile. Through the GE Extended Warranty Program, owners may, within one-year from the start date of the New vehicle Limited Warranty, extend their peace of mind by purchasing an additional 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 or 72-months of coverage up to 100,000 accrued miles, whichever comes first.
How is the scheduled maintenance handled?
Most auto manufacturers do not offer free scheduled maintenance. However, when free maintenance is offered, as BMW factory does on all models, you would simply take your vehicle to the BMW Dealership of your choosing for the free work. All scheduled maintenance should be performed per the manufacturers suggested schedule
