Custom Orders:
Any transaction that includes placing a custom order with the manufacturer for a specific automobile is a non-cancelable transaction. If when the vehicle is available for delivery the customer fails to execute the Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement and/or rejects the overnight delivery of the lease package containing a Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement when the Carrier attempts to make delivery, such refusal and/or failure to execute a lease agreement shall be deemed a customer default and the customer's breech of agreement. Upon any of these events, Insider Auto Leasing shall keep the entire customer deposit as its liquidated damages.
Credit Applications: Deposits are non refundable if there are any inaccurate statements entered on the application and/or the monthly income entered cannot be substantiated upon a Proof Of Income stipulation.
